Afrobeat Productions is a leading provider of African Entertainment based in the Midwest of the United States of America. The production provides a platform for leading Artists to showcase their talents while engaging in promoting upscale venues, concerts and after parties, both domestically and internationally. Afrobeat Productions started in a club with 400 participants and we are proud to announce that our events have surpassed some well-established night clubs, both in audience exposure and reach. Some of the venues we have and presently associate with are The Castaway, The Vic Theater, IIT, The Harold Washington Culture Center, Alhambra Palace and Baseline.

Founder - Afrobeat Productions
Femi F. Bello is the celebrated and renowned promoter of Afrobeat, a preeminent music platform for national as well as international artists whose repertoire bridges cultures, traditions and folklores, be it from our great State of Illinois or from the sounds and lyrics of our ancestral Africa. Since 2008 Afrobeat Productions has worked with artists such as 2face, P-Square, Wizkid, Davido, Olamide, Wande Coal, Tiwa Savage, and Yemi Alade have amused and delighted American audiences, locally and nationwide.
Born in Lagos, Nigeria, Femi F. Bello's formative years were inspired by nature's beauty, communal sounds and collective industries. At the young age of 18 he moved to Chicago, Illinois, studied business administration and energetically embraced a variety of entrepreneurial initiatives. Presently he owns and has successfully operated a car dealership for the past 25 years in Chicago, Illinois. Since 2008, Femi applied his experience and acumen for business to a new and very successful enterprise in the promotion of Artists and Entertainers. In the fall of 2008 Femi introduced to Chicago, Illinois, his signature brand: Afrobeat Productions.
A Life of Promotion
Empowered by proven successes and commitments, Femi is now promoting shows at small and large venues in the Chicago area. To expand new pursuits within the industry and the public at large, Femi has organized a monthly club event at the Shrine, Baseline and other club venues where different ethnic social groups gather for gracious intertwining. In 2009, Femi launched a yearly yacht party called Afrobeat, an all white Yacht party at Chicago Navy Pier.
In 2017, Femi inaugurated in Nigeria the Educational Development Project Support, to which Afrobeat Productions has vowed to donate yearly proceedings on the principle that "every child deserves a quality educational support." The Project encourages and champions educational programs within continental Africa where it's needed the most. In addition to cover student's school fees, the Project collectively covers the actual costs associated with making sure students receive everything required to succeed in school: from school tuition to uniforms and school supplies.
Co-Founder - Afrobeat Productions
Darling Bello was born in 1975 in Monrovia, Liberia. At the age of 12, after spending her formative years in Monrovia, Darling moved to Chicago, Illinois, where she still resides today. Darling received a Masters of Arts in Counseling at Roosevelt University and a Masters of Arts in Teaching at National-Louis University in Chicago, Illinois. Darling worked as an Educational Counselor for three years. Subsequently she has held teaching positions within the private and public sectors since. During the academic school year Darling professes as a high school teacher within the public school sector.
In the summers of 1993 through 2000, Darling fashioned Elentee' Vitale as a model, which involved runway and billboard modeling. Most of Darling's casting was based in Chicago. In the summer of April 2013, Darling was signed by Babes 'N Beaus Talent Agency to continue modeling. Since the fall of 2008 Femi and Darling launched Afrobeat Productions to promote Artists and Entertainers. Encouraged by Femi's previous entrepreneurial achievements, Darling and Femi are today enthusiastically promoting diverse shows at small and large venues, locally and nationwide.
